THE PROJECT
Dental practices are under increasing pressure to modernize operations while maintaining efficiency and patient satisfaction. However, the original Dentaprise v1.0 featured a dated interface that didn’t reflect the sophistication of modern dental practices. Practice managers and staff reported excessive time spent navigating complex menus and dealing with inconsistent UI elements, leading to reduced productivity and user frustration.
As a designer, I was brought in to redesign the platform’s design system, ensuring a more intuitive, efficient, and visually cohesive experience. Our approach was inspired by Apple’s UI principles, emphasizing clarity, efficiency, and visual harmony. Key improvements included:
A refined color palette and typography system to enhance readability and reduce eye strain during long work hours
Streamlined navigation patterns that minimize clicks and improve task completion rates
A consistent component library that accelerates development and ensures a unified experience
Modern data visualization tools that make practice analytics more accessible and actionable
By introducing a cohesive, modern design system, we transformed Dentaprise into a more intuitive and efficient platform, empowering dental teams to work smarter, not harder.
