THE PROJECT
As Product Designer for Hopper's B2B Hotel Admin, I led the UX/UI transformation of the partner portal. I turned an engineer-built MVP into a scalable, user-centric platform. This shift enabled Hopper to own hotel listings directly, reducing reliance on third-party tools and improving profitability.

Redesigned the UX/UI, optimizing navigation, IA, and workflows for hotel partners.
Conducted customer research, developing user personas and service blueprints.
